During my last four years of photographing seniors and my three years with having a spokesmodel program, I have learned A LOT about the right and wrong way to do things.

Now your program structure is in place and your contract is ready to go. This module walks you through every step of creating an application, what to include in your program description, which questions to ask, how to launch your application and how to bring in the PERFECT applicants for your team. We'll cover the best ways to launch your program to gain momentum and dozens of applicants, as well as the ways to build your senior audience before the launch even happens.
The Selection Process
Applications are in - but how do you know who to select, and what do you do next? Each step of the process should be approached with strategy and intention - and that is exactly what we break down in this module. We will cover exactly how to select which seniors to have on your team including what to look for, how to organize your applications and what to do with spokesmodels who don't make the team. Then, we'll talk through how to notify their parents and what to include in these crucial emails (and you'll even have access to my exact templates!)
The Notification Process
Your team is selected and it's time to let them know that they're a part of your program! This module breaks down the entire notification process: how to notify them in a way that makes them EXCITED, gets them sharing about your program and doesn't cost you an arm and a leg. I'll be sharing all of my secrets for how to collaborate with other vendors, organize the notification process, what to include in your spokesmodel gifts and what to do the day that they're notified to increase excitement and momentum about your business online.
The Events
Now you have a team, but how in the world do you organize events, styled shoots and exciting incentives for this group of high schoolers? We will break down each and every event from the entire process: the meet and greet event, mini sessions, senior sessions, styled shoots, group hangouts and more. You'll learn how to organize and structure each event, how to deliver galleries and organize images, the timeline for each part of the process and where to invest your money to see the most growth.
The Extra Incentives
Even though you have a program structure and incentives in place, there may be times during the program that you see a lack of involvement and a drop in interaction. This module will break down all of the ways to keep momentum, as well as additional ways to incentivize your team to bring in more bookings and referrals. Things like structuring giveaways, contests and social media announcements!
Utilizing your Senior Reps + Pro Tips
In the 8th and final module I will be walking you through all of the secrets that I have NEVER shared before - including pro tips that I learned the hard way. We'll be talking about all of the strategic ways you can utilize your spokesmodel team outside of the typical program structure - things that will help your business grow and create new marketing strategies. We'll also talk about the best ways to track referrals, educate your spokesmodel team and keep them excited about your business throughout the entire process.
